Rrealize that you can hire people that are better than you and start delegating tasks to them, and not micromanage. When your goal is to make your business run without you, then you are on the right path toward growth.
Most business owners become a slave to their job, instead of moving from corporate jobs to create their own businesses to free themselves. There is no other way to break free from that than hiring people that will replace you in the business you created.
