Have you ever worried about the worst coming true? Do you feel stuck in one life path? Afraid of making a new change?

In this episode of the Break Free podcast, David got to speak with Joseph Varghese on the topic of pursuing dreams, life changes, and perseverance in the face of great obstacles.

Joseph Varghese, Breakthrough Engineer

Joseph is a passionate and energetic entrepreneur and Founder of Success Circles. He thrives on socializing and connecting, which serves as a great strength in his interest in helping others grow. Success Circles is an international coaching center supporting entrepreneurs to thrive.

See three elements that built his conversation with David in this episode:

1) Nothing is Worth Being Stressed all the Time

Joseph recounts his experiences growing up with two parents who each faced their own health issues. He emphasizes that it gave him clarity on a great life lesson; nothing is worth being stressed, especially when that stress is causing health problems.

2) Challenge Your Thought Patterns

For Joseph, growth must be a constant. As an engineer, he branched out into more creative activities like improv and acting in order to shift the way his brain liked to think. This lead him to do other things, like start a non-profit and run a marathon.

Working on yourself and trying new activities can help you live in the moment and give you a fresh perspective on life.

3) A New Perspective Can Also Lead to Gratitude and Awareness

With two parents from India, Joseph recognizes the privileges of living in Canada. He prioritizes the importance of humility, of remaining humble and privy to the struggle of others, especially during difficult times like these.

We need to enjoy what we do and make an impact in the world.
