3 Steps to Creating The Life of Your Dreams

Are you feeling unhappy but don’t know what your path or direction is?

Breaking free means more then just getting out of a situation. It is setting intention and making goals to get yourself to a place where you will never be locked down again. Here are three steps to creating intention:

Step 1- Set a Goal, No Matter How Big

Set yourself a goal that will keep you motivated even on the hardest of days. Find it, set it and keep it in your vision so that you can create daily habits that will help you to achieve your goal.

Step 2- Find a Mentor

You will save years off your life by following the path that others have already created. When David made the intention to better his health he found a mentor, Kris Gethin, followed Kris through social media and started reaching those fitness goals.

Step 3- Envision How You Will Feel When You Accomplish This

Thinking deeply in your heart and brain will allow your body to have already experienced this achievement. As humans we have the capacity to create what we imagine. Take the Eiffel tower for example, at one point those architects were just imagining what they could create. Until it became an actual achievement. Same goes for every other human creation.

Conclusion

Have your plan built, imagine your ideal future being fulfilled, and then produce the feelings you are going to get when you achieve that. If you do this on a daily basis, and mediate on it, you will start seeing change in your life!
